Burger formers

The burger formers are proposed in different versions.  This machine manufactures products with a size of 28 to 200 millimeters in diameter and of 6 to 30 millimeters in height. The Amatec burger former produces round, oval as well as angular products. The fully automatic electropneumatic unit makes, depending on  the product, up to 200 portions per minute. The visualising system with touchscreen permits an easy change of the production speed as well as an easy controll of the process. The forming system for burgers is connected to the universal transporting conveyor belt. The transport belt is driven by the visualising system. The belt speed is regulated by the given production speed. Our burger shapers are of course adjustalble in height and inclination.
