Filling flow divider

The filling flow dividers are used to divide the entire fill flow into three to eight equal single filling flows. The filling flow dividers are available in three different combinations:

1. The fill flow divider which is driven by a servomechanic drive can automatically dose, portion and stopp: so that a very precise cyclic operation is possible. The visualisation server system enables a simple modification of the cycle and lead time with an easy representation and control of the production speed.
2. The electro mechanically retarded fill flow divider is driven by the fill flow and will be used as a good option to dose, portion an stopp.
3. The simple fill flow divider is driven by the fill flow , the desired dosage will be managed through the filler.

All fill flow dividers need, whatever combination, a filling machine. The fill flow dividers are thanks to their flexible construction adjustable in height and inclination, in order to align the optimal product flow .The filling flow dividers can be optionally equiped with a cutting system.
